Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and m71pet ("m71pet", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any feature of the m71pet platform — whether via mobile browser, desktop browser , or any other access method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the m71pet platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the m71pet platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction applies universally, regardless of the laws of the jurisdiction in which the player resides. m71pet takes its age-restriction obligations seriously and reserves the right to request identity documents at any point to verify a player's date of birth.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open an account with m71pet, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any other information reasonably requested during registration. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. m71pet is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active m71pet account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods to circumvent this restriction — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in violation will be permanently closed, and all balances including bonus funds will be forfeited without appeal.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. m71pet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify m71pet immediately via the support contact listed on this site if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

m71pet supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Bangladesh-local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets, as well as major local banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International cards including Visa and Mastercard may also be supported subject to availability. 3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed clearly in the cashier at the time of the transaction. m71pet reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time. 3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. m71pet aims to process verified withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer. m71pet is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider or bank.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the m71pet platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are disclosed in the cashier before the transaction is confirmed.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering

m71pet operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All players may be required to submit identity and source-of-funds documentation before withdrawals are approved. m71pet reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction that raises reasonable concern under its AML procedures. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities as required.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and promotional credits offered by m71pet are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer. m71pet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing the m71pet bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting system errors, coordinating with other players to arbitrage promotional terms, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited. m71pet's determination of bonus abuse is final.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

5.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games, sports markets, and betting options on m71pet may vary and is subject to change at any time without notice. Games are provided by third-party software providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules and payout structures of each game are determined by the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface.

5.2 Bet Settlement

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL, FIFA, etc.) or, in the absence of an official result, at m71pet's reasonable discretion. In the event of a technical error affecting a bet, m71pet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account balance.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or access the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or poker-style games.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or accepting stakes from other individuals through your account.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds. m71pet reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

5.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game or system malfunction, all bets and payouts affected by the malfunction are void. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle. m71pet will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and restore correct account balances. m71pet is not liable for any loss of winnings or data caused by technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

Responsible Gaming

Amendments & Termination

9.1 Changes to These Terms

9.2 Account Termination by Player

9.3 Account Termination by m71pet

m71pet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, underage access, or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of legitimate account closure not related to misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method.

Governing Law & Disputes
